600 Delegates to Hear Lipsky at JNF Parley

Louis Lipsky, American member of the World Zionist Executive, will deliver an address on the land problem in Palestine at the third annual conference of the Jewish National Fund council of Greater New York, which will be held at the Hotel Pennsy-vania on Sunday. The opening is scheduled for 10:30 a. m. and the meeting is expected to last all afternoon.

Six hundred delegates, representing more than 250 Zionist groups and Jewish organizations in the city, will attend. Leo Wolf-son, chairman of the council, will preside.

Reports on activities of the Fund during the past year will be presented by Samuel Fishman, chairman of the administrative committee of the council, and Herman Quittman, general secretary of the council.

Plans for future work will be outlined by Morris A. Zeldin, director of Keren Kayemeth operations in the metropolitan area.
