The Institutional Synagogue Talmud Torah will hold its first commencement exercises for pupils of the West Side Branch Wednesday evening at 148 West Eighty-fifth street. A Chanukah program will be presented also.
Among the speakers will be Isaac Seigel, Rabbi Herbert S. Goldstein, Lester Udell and Abraham Bernstein, executive director. The salutatorian will be Norman Mandelbaum; the valedictorian, Theodore Sardinsky, and Lila Erstling will deliver the Hebrew address.
