Public opinion in Germany is completely aghast at the folly of the Nazis pursuing their campaign against the Jews, the London Sunday Observer reports today in a dispatch from Berlin.
Reviewing the indiscriminate eradication of Jews from commerce, industry and the professions, the Observer says that “even the German government itself is worried by the grim obstinacy of the Nazis. They ignore bad economic conditions in the country and even the approaching winter. The Nazi henchmen are utterly beyond control,” the Observer states.
