Exiled Violinist Slated to Address Mailamm

Ossip Gabrilowitsch and Bronis-law Hubermann, German violinist and a voluntary exile from the Reich, will be guests of honor at an entertainment Sunday night sponsored by Mailamm, women’s organization affiliated with the music department of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Mr. Gabrilowitsch, honorary president of Mailamm, will introduce Hubermann, who will speak on his recent trip to Palestine.

The program will include entertainment by the Esardy Trio, Miss Jennie Rabinor, pianist, and Vladimir Dubinsky, ‘cellist. Cantor Gershon Ephros will conduct Chanukah services. The affair will be held at the Jewish Club, 23 West Seventy-third street.

MUSICAL PROGRAM

A musical program featured the annual meeting yesterday afternoon of the women’s auxiliary of the Jewish Hospital of Brooklyn, held in the hospital’s Dr. Leon Louria Auditorium. Mrs. Henry Breder was elected president to succeed Mrs. William Linder.
