Colonel C. H. F. Cox, British resident commissioner here since the British occupation during the war, will be succeeded by Edward Keith-Roach, district commissioner for northern Palestine, it was understood in foreign circles here today. Colonel Cox, it was said, will retire on reaching the age limit.
