Police Recorder Holleran has completed the trial of two Newark Jewish youths, both of whom were fined and one receiving a thirty-day jail term, on charges of loitering in connection with an attempted raid of the Minute Men of America on an alleged Nazi meeting at the local Y. M. C. A., November 21.

George Hirschman, 21, was fined $25 and placed on probation for six months, and Nat Arno, 23, former pugilist, was also fined $25 and sentenced to serve thirty days. Holleran has maintained he will guarantee the right of any group to meet peacefully within town limits, even if Nazi in scope.
