Representatives of leading congregations in western Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia will meet at the Tree of Life Synagogue this Sunday to organize the Eastern Pennsylvania. Region branch of the United Synagogue of America. More than twenty-five congregations are expected to send delegates.
