Emma Goldman, internationally known anarchist, now living in Toronto, Canada, was left $200 under the will of her brother, Herman Goldman, who died here recently.

The University of Alabama’s Pi chapter of Kappa Nu, Jewish college fraternity, was awarded the founder’s cup given each year by the executive board of the organization, which is meeting here.

A new synagogue for the children of the Jewish Children’s Home was built with funds donated by Alfred Hart, Rochester grocer. The synagogue was erected as a memorial to the parents of the donor.
