A luncheon and bridge was given by Mrs. Arthur Lehman at her home, 45 East Seventieth street, for lieutenants of the white division, one of the three teams of the women’s division of the Federation for the Support of Jewish Philanthropic Societies during the Federation emergency appeal, which she headed.
