The central committee of the Judenstaat Party has set up a sub-committee to undertake arrangements with a view to celebrating the seventy-fifth anniversary of the birth of Dr. Theodor Herzl, which will occur May 2 (or, according to the Jewish date, Iyar 10—May 13).
