The Executive of the World Zionist Revisionist Union today issued a statement complaining that the World Zionist Executive had systematically infringed on the peace pact between the two groups, particularly in the matter of issuing immigration certificates to Palestine to members of the Brith Trumpeldor, Revisionist youth group, and affording opportunities for preparatory agricultural training to the emigrants.

According to the terms of the agreement signed some time ago between Vladimir Jabotinsky, Revisionist leader, and David Ben Gurion, Laborite member of the Zionist Executive, Revisionist delegates who had withdrawn from the Palestine offices in various countries which handle immigration certificates were to return to their posts.
