Dowager Queen Elizabeth today accepted patronage over the Belgian Jewish National Fund campaign for a forest in Palestine to be named after the late King Albert.
The king was known as a friend of the Jews. He had visited Palestine several times and was enthusiastic in his praise of Jewish achievements there.
