Charges of discrimination against Jewish waiters in the hotel and catering i###ry were discussed at a meeting last night of the Jewish Council of Greater New York at the West Side Synagogue. Among the speakers were Bernard G. Richards, chairman of the Council, Abraham Goldberg, vice-president, and Arthur M. Blaine, president of the Bronx Jewish Civic League.
