Three well-known members of the Jewish community here have been reappointed to city commissions by Mayor Frank Couzens. They are Nate S. Shapiro, member of the Fire Commission; Mrs. Henry Wineman, of the Welfare Commission, and Joseph Hershey, of the Water Board.
