Declaring that peace with the Zionist Revisionists is possible, David Ben-Gurion, leader of the Laborites and member of the World Zionist Executive, addressing the Zionist Actions Committee today, expressed his sorrow that the Laborites in their plebiscite rejected the peace agreement with Jabotinsky, the Revisionist leader.
Mr. Ben-Gurion, however, voiced pride in the fact that the Laborites, in rejecting his peace agreement with Jabotinsky defended their own viewpoint.

“An understanding with the Revisionists is possible only on the subject of constructive work and large immigration,” Mr. Ben-Gurion said. He emphasized that what Palestine needs today is more land to be acquired by Jews and a larger Jewish immigration. “Otherwise the Jewish position will resemble Carthage which collapsed in fighting Rome,” he said.
