A luncheon in honor of the seventieth birthday of Mrs. Barnett Davis, founder and first president of the Ladies’ Hospital Aid Society, will be given by the society April 11 at the Young Men’s and Women’s Hebrew Association. It will also mark the thirty-seventh year of participation of the social service committee in philanthropic service.

The Pittsburgh Zionist District will open an extensive membership drive April 14.

Maurice Samuels will be the principal speaker at the Jewish National Fund donor dinner at Beth Shalom Social Hall April 7, chairman M. L. Avner announces.
