Theatre Notables Attend Brooklyn Asylum Ball

The charity ball of the Brooklyn Hebrew Orphan Asylum, 373 Ralph avenue, was to be held Saturday night at the Waldorf-Astoria, with an attendance of 3,000 expected.

Eddie Cantor, Jimmy Durante, Helen Morgan, Jack Dempsey and other notables of stage, screen, radio and sports have been invited, Judge Algeron I. Nova, president of the orphanage, reported Friday.
