A vigorous protest against Dr. Chaim Weizmann was addressed by Pinchas Rutenberg, head of the Palestine Electric Corporation, to the Actions Committee, and was read at the closing session of the committee last night.
Mr. Rutenberg in his letter protests against certain accusations which Dr. Weizmann allegedly made against the Palestine Electric Corporation during his address at the Actions Committee. Mr. Rutenberg, in a sharply worded letter, terms these accusations baseless.
It was stated here today that Dr. Weizmann in his address allegedly said that he would not move a finger or advise the national Jewish organizations to support certain plans if Rutenberg appealed for their support.
