Professional social workers and lay leaders will gather in Buffalo on April 27 and 28 for the annual upstate New York Regional Conference of Jewish Social Agencies. This meeting is sponsored by the National Council of Jewish Federations and Welfare Funds. Moses Winkelstein, Syracuse, is chairman of the committee in charge of the conference.
