Jabotinsky off to France After 2 – Month Tour

Vladimir Jabotinsky, who has spent over two months in this country on a lecture tour, sailed for France yesterday on the Washington. During his stay here, Mr. Jabotinsky visited the principal cities in the United States and Canada and addressed large audiences on the principles of Zionist-Revisionism and Jewish national problems.

About three hundred representatives of the Revisionist Party, Betarim, Brith Trumpledor and the Youth Zionist-Revisionist Organization were at the pier yesterday at noon to bid farewell to the Revisionist leader.

Mr. Jabotinsky participated in the second national conference of the Zionist Revisionist Organization of the United States and Canada which was adjourned here Monday afternoon.

His tour in America was sponsored by a committee of leading Jews. Jacob de Haas, veteran Zionist leader, headed the Jabotinsky reception committee.

Prior to his departure Mr. Jabotinsky addressed a conference of Brith Trumpledor of the United States and Canada, emphasizing the role of youth in the Jewish national renaissance. Mr. Jabotinsky, who is the head of the Brith Trumpledor world organization, stressed the importance of giving Jewish youth instruction in self-defense, especially to those who contemplate going to Palestine.
