Dr. David Lwowitch, representative of the ORT Union, who recently visited Soviet Russia and other European countries, arrives tonight on the Paris.
Dr. Lwowitch has negotiated with the Soviet government about important plans for constructive work for the Jews in that country, and he also brings message to the People’s ORT Federation of America.
A committee of the People’s ORT Federation and of the Women’s American ORT will meet Dr. Lwowitch at the pier when the steamer docks.
