The Jewish communities of South Norwalk and Norwalk combined their efforts last night at a dinner addressed by Maurice Samuel, author and lecturer, on behalf of the United Jewish Appeal. Bernard Stone also spoke at the function. Judge Poliner and Dr. Harry Frank greeted the diners. Samuel Roodner is chairman of the campaign.
