The current controversy between Church and State in Mexico will be the subject of a discussion tonight by the Rev. Wilfrid Parsons, S. J., editor of America, under the auspices of the public forum of Temple Isiah of Kew Gardens, 75 Beverly Road, Kew Gardens. Nathan H. Seidman, chairman of the forum, will preside.

An appeal to all confirmants to contribute to a fund being raised by Jews of Tiberias, Palestine, to erect a Maimonides Memorial Synagogue, is being broadcast by Dr. H. Pereira Mendes, minister emeritus of the Spanish-Portuguese Congregation.

One hundred and seven students will be graduated at commencement exercises tonight of the Hebrew Technical Institute, to be held at Cooper Union, Eighth Street and Third Avenue.

Ground was broken Sunday for the new building of the Pelham Parkway Jewish Center, Pelham Parkway and Muliner Avenue. The Center was organized in 1930. Isaiah M. Adler is president.
