The danger which the near future holds for the Jews of Poland is pointed out today by M. Niedzialkowski, a leader of the Polish Socialist Party in the Sejm, in an article in “Robotnik,” official organ of the party.
The Socialist leader discloses that the Government Party is now quietly absorbing large sections of the anti-Semitic National Democratic Party, (Endeks) thus taking in increasingly large doses of political anti-Jewish doctrines.

Dissatisfied with the present tactics of the National Democratic Party, especially after the death of Pilsudski, many members of this anti-Jewish group which was in opposition to the present government are now changing their minds and joining the pro-government ranks.
These elements do not, however, change their minds as to their anti-Jewish attitude. Their influence in the pro-government party may therefore spell eventual danger for Polish Jewry.
While the analysis of the Polish Socialist leader on the Jewish situation in the near future may be correct, Jewish leaders here abstain from committing themselves to any opinion. Their policy today is one of watchful waiting, since the country is still mourning the death of the late Marshal Pilsudski.
