The sum of $50,000 has been set by the Brooklyn Federation of Jewish Charities as the quota for Federation Day, which is to be marked for the twenty-sixth consecutive year throughout Brooklyn, it was announced yesterday.
The day will begin with a community breakfast at the Hotel St. George. Following this, hundreds of volunteers will canvass prospects not yet solicited for contributions to the Spring campaign quota of $543,500.
A dinner at the St. George will complete the day. Reports will be made on the results of the day’s campaign.
