A sensational case of eleven foreign Jews, including one American, allegedly plotting to assasinate Hitler in Germany, fizzled out in court here today when the charges against the eleven were disproved.

Two of the eleven, however, were convicted for another minor offense. One of them is George Mink, an American citizen. The other nine were fully cleared by the court.
