Let all persons take notice that Mrs. A. D. Teichman, Haifa, has applied to the District Court of Haifa for an order declaring the succession to Louis Barchas of Brooklyn, deceased, and that the said application will be heard at Haifa (Palestine) on the 2nd day of August 1935 at 9 a.m.
All persons claiming any interest must appear at the said place and time, otherwise such order will be made as the Court seems right.
