A total of 111 Jewish immigrants entered Chile in the last five months.

Most of them are refugees from Germany, and were brought here by the local Jewish immigrant aid committee.

All of them have already adjusted themselves to life in Chile, according to a statement by Dr. Weinstein, president of the committee.

Dr. Weinstein also pointed out that there is room in Chile for additional hundreds of Jewish carpenters and mechanics.
