“American Defender,” a biography of Representative Samuel Dickstein by Dorothy Waring, former agent for the Congressional Committee Investigating Un-American Activities, will be published next Tuesday. Robert Speller, publisher, announced yesterday that the book contains “hitherto undisclosed subversive propaganda.”
