More than 700 reservations have already been received for the testimonial dinner to Sidney J. Baumann, president of Ludwig Baumann, to be held Monday at the Hotel Commodore, the arrangements committee announced today.
Trade leaders from all sections of the country and from every branch of the furniture and allied industries will join with civic and communal leaders of the city in paying tribute to Baumann’s years of leadership in the industry on behalf of the Federation for the Support of Jewish Philanthopic Societies and other charitable causes.
