A delegation headed by Dr. Ber###rd Drachman, president of the wish Sabbath Alliance of Amer### will visit Mayor LaGuardia ###ly next week to seek permission ### East Bronx merchants who ob###ve the Jewish sabbath to remain ###en Sunday.

The Alliance pointed out that ###ice are serving summonses for ###ation of the Sunday law even ### storekeepers who are exempt ###m its provisions.

Food dealers were advised by the ###iance to sell food products only ###til 10 a.m. Sunday and from 4:30 ### 7 p.m., while milk, eggs and fruit ###y be sold all day.

The Alliance statement said that ###e repairers, tailors, carpenters ### laundrymen who observe the ###wish cabbath are permitted by ### to remain open Sunday.

The decision to visit the mayor ###s taken at a meeting of East ###onx merchants which elected ###dore Bornstein, Bathgate Avenue ###er, its chairman.
