Leopold Spitz, Noted Attorney, Dies at 48

Rabbi Stephen S. Wise will conduct funeral services tomorrow for Leopold Spitz, prominent corporation attorney and Jewish philanthropic leader, who died at his home yesterday at the age of 48 after a six months’ illness.

Mr. Spitz acted as counsel in railroad matters and was a director of M. Rothschild and Co. Inc., rubber importers. He was affiliated with the Free Sons of Israel.
