It is untrue that the Nazis “aim to torture the Jews,” Minister of Interior Wilhelm Frick last night told several thousand State officials in an address.
He praised the race laws passed by the Reichstag at Nuremberg, declaring he hoped “they will be a long-lasting blessing to the German nation.”
He added, “It is untrue that we aim to torture the Jews. We only wish to establish a clear demarcation line by legal measures. When the demarcation is carried out there will not be any further complaints.”
