Evidence that the regulations implementing the Nuremberg decrees have already been formulated and are awaiting promulgation was contained in an announcement in today’s Der Angriff of the publication of a new book with the title “Commentary on German Laws.”

The first volume of this book, according to Der Angriff, which is one of the triumvirate of Nazi newspapers and the personal property of Reich Propaganda Minister Paul Joseph Goebbels, contains information on the racial laws and includes the Nuremberg anti-Jewish decrees.

The book was written by two Government exports on racial legislation, Dt. Stuckart, State Secretary of the National Socialist Jurists’ Association, and Government Counsellor Dr. Glodke, of the Ministry of the Interior. These two are apparently responsible for the details implementing the Nuremberg decrees.
