Renewed anti-Semitic rioting flared in the University of Warsaw today when Nationalist (Endek) students attempted to segregate Jewish students in the mathematics college. Two Jewish students were severely beaten. The university was recently reopened after having been closed two weeks as a result of anti-Jewish disturbances.

Deputy Emil Sommerstein today demanded of Minister of Education Swietoslawski that he force the Polytechnicum Institute to rescind its order obliging Jewish students to sit in “Jim Crow” sections of the classrooms.
