The Government tonight confirmed the fact that a number of Zionist leaders have been invited by High Commissioner Sir Arthur Grenfell Wauchope to attend a conference Sunday and hear the announcement of the representative legislative council for Palestine.
The Zionist leaders, who will meet the day after Arab leaders convene to hear a similar announcement, are Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the World Zionist Organization; David Ben-Gurion, chairman of the Executive of the Jewish Agency for Palestine; Moshe Shertok, head of the Political Department of the Jewish Agency; Isaac ben-Zvi, president of the Jewish National Council of Palestine and Rabbi Blau.
