British Jewish Leaders to Address Welfare Parley in St. Louis

The three British Jewish leaders, Sir Herbert Samuel, Viscount Bearsted and Simon Marks, who are sailing for New York on the Majestic from London tomorrow to consult with leading Jews on alleviating the situation of the Jews in Germany, will make their first public appearance in the United States on Jan 25 at the general assembly of the National Council of Jewish Federations and Welfare Funds in St. Louis, it was disclosed today by the council. The conference will be held from Jan. 25 to 27.

They are also scheduled to speak at the United Zionist conference in Washington on Feb. 1.
