Wishes for speedy recovery and condemnation of the recent attempt on his life are contained in a message received today by Chief Rabbi Jakob Nienirower from former Premier Nicolae Titelescu, writing from St. Moritz, Switzerland.
Similar messages were received by Rabbi Niemirower from Patriarch Miron Christea and other notables. Rabbi Niemirower was attacked Saturday by a religious fanatic, suffering a flesh wound from one of five bullets fired at close range.
