German City Refuses Jews Permission to Have Cafe

Mannheim has refused the local branch of the Jewish Cultural Union, Nazi-created “ghetto” organization, permission to open a “ghetto” care with concert and meeting rooms, it was learned here today. Rejection of the union’s request was accompanied by the explanation that “Jews are not now permitted to conduct such enterprises.”
