“Aryans” would be given the right to divorce Jewish wives on racial grounds alone by a new law proposed today by the German Academy of Jurisprudence.
The proposed law would establish “volksgemeineschaft,” membership in the German nation, as a fundamental principle in marriage and divorce.
The law was framed by the academy’s department of family affairs which explains that it has taken the National Socialist ideology as the basis of its work.
