The well-known Advocate De Vries has joined counsel for the defense of David Frankfurter, Jewish medical student who assassinated Wilhelm Gustloff, Swiss Nazi leader, it was learned here today. He will assist Dr. Eugen Kurti, noted Swiss attorney, who was retained by Frankfurter’s family as chief of defense counsel. The trial will be held in September in the village of Chur, Canton of Grisons, Switzerland.
