An actress, a novelist and a scholar were today the winners of literary and art prizes totaling $1,000, awarded yesterday by the City of Tel Aviv. Recipients of the awards were Chana Rovina, $500, for her work with the Habima Art Theatre; the Soviet Hebrew novelist, Freiman, $250, and Dr. Levin, $250, for his researches in the Gaonian period of Jewish history.
