The Juristische Wochenschrift, weekly organ of the Association of National Socialist Lawyers, today publishes the verdict of a Hamburg court prohibiting sale of a business firm with an “Aryan” name to a Jew. According to the court, the proposed sale was an offence against the moral code of the Nazi State.
