Lord Dudley Marley, Labor whip in the House of Lords and chairman of the World Committee to Aid the Victims of German Fascism, will leave tomorrow for a tour to ascertain the possibilities of settling German Jewish refugees in Soviet Russia and other countries. On his return he will sail for the United States.
