Phoenix Employe Commits Suicide; Feared Loss of Job

In despair at the expected dismissal of Jewish employes of the Phoenix Insurance Company, Josef Weidenfeld, 42, committed suicide today. This is the fourth death traceable to the financial difficulties of Austria’s largest insurance concern.
