Civil Disobedience Threat Seen As “theatrical”

The Arab Strike Committee’s decision to institute civil disobedience is regarded in Jerusalem circles as “more theatrically defiant than serious,” the Jerusalem correspondent of the London Times writes today.

The correspondent sees as “mere dangerous” the strike committee’s decision to dispatch agents throughout Palestine in order to strengthen popular resentment against Jews.
