10,000 Attend Rosalsky Rites; Mayor, Other Notables Among Mourners

Funeral services were held today for Judge Otto A. Rosalsky at the Jewish Center, 131 West 86th Street, with a crowd of 10,000 persons filling the block on which the Center is located. Services were conducted by Rabbi Leo Jung.

Mourners included Mayor LaGuardia, Felix M. Warburg, Samuel Seabury, justices of the Supreme Court, the Appellate Court and of General Sessions, and many other notables. Burial was at Mt. Judah Cemetery.

PREMIER OF SO. AFRICA GREETS ZIONISTS

A message from Premier J. B. M. Hertzog of South Africa was among those read Monday night at the banquet in Johannesburg opening the Palestine Foundation Fund campaign. It was erroneously reported yesterday that the message was from Chief Rabbi I. Hertzog of the Irish Free State.
