The Tel Aviv Harbor Development Co. was formed this afternoon to develop the new harbor at this all-Jewish city. The company has a capitalization of 150,000 pounds sterling of which one third will be raised in Palestine by the offering of 5,000 shares of stock at £5 (about $25) per share.
