More Troops for Palestine, War Office Says

The War Office informed the Jewish Telegraphic Agency today that additional troops — probably one battalion — would be sent to Palestine to reinforce the present garrison of 3,500 men.

Rumors in Jerusalem that Sir Arthur Grenfell Wauchope was resigning as British High Commissioner were authoritatively described here as completely without foundation.
