Austrian Jew Jailed by Reich for Rassenschande

Victor Desser, 31, an Austrian Jew, was under sentence by a Dresden Court today to serve one year in prison on a charge of violating the Nuremberg racial defilement laws. The court explained the severity of the sentence with the statement that as a foreigner he had misused German hospitality by transgressing against the Nuremberg laws.
